The Swan on the surface, but what happens below?

Delivering projects, especially in events where timing is a major factor, is unique and knowledge and experience are key assets for any project management team.

This is what we do.

We believe it helps clients to have insight of what goes into creating the branding for an event so that we can work collaboratively to add the maximum value and ensure your brand is portrayed in the best possible way.

So, we have outlined what is involved in the process so that any business looking to produce branding and signage for any event gets the best result.

Every event is different, many of the processes are similar with some changes in the logistics. It is a very different task to produce and install branding for a conference compared to an outdoor arena. Our expertise includes:

  • sporting events, stadiums, racecourses
  • iconic events such as the London Marathon
  • Business conferences, exhibitions, and awards
  • Product launches
  • Schools and garden centres

These events are all very different in size and complexity, but the process is similar. The key steps and time it takes to implement are:

  • Initial discussion
  • Brief Confirmed
  • Venue liaison and proposal preparation
  • Proposal approved and signed off
  • Design and creative development
  • Initial artwork created and approved
  • Logistics and timings confirmed
  • Branding and signage produced
  • Installation
  • De-rig and post-event signage removed
  • Post-event signage storing for re-use
  • Washup meeting

Clearly, with so many process involved there needs to be contingency to allow for delays or changes and this is where our experience plays a role. As an experienced but smaller business, we are also extremely agile and this helps us help our clients.

So, like the swan, whilst on the surface everything is smooth and the results are amazing, under the surface, there is a team working hard to ensure our client’s brands have the presence they need.

Large enough to cope, small enough to care.
